Bond Street Distillery est 2019 is an artisanal craft distillery owned by Chief Distiller Sally Faulkner.
Our hand-crafted gins are distilled in ‘Claire’ our beautiful 700ltr copper still and bottled, waxed and labelled lovingly by hand.
Our luxurious Strawberries & Cream Gin combines this quintessential British pairing to create a modern gin classic, perfect for pairing with a mixer of your choice.
Perfect Serve
A double shot of Strawberries & Cream Gin, served over a gin bowl full of ice. Serve with Lemonade or an Indian Tonic & fresh or dried strawberries.

- 50ml BSD Strawberries & Cream Gin
- 40ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Strawberry & Basil Syrup
Method
Shake & Fine Strain

Freeze dried Strawberry dust
Add all ingredients to an ice filled Boston shaker and shake firmly for approx. 30 secs. Fine strain into the glass and garnish with dust.
To make Strawberry and Basil syrup (makes approx. 200ml so upscale as required) – Add 100g Fresh Strawberries washed and roughly chopped to a pan with 100g granulated sugar and 125ml water. Over medium heat stir to dissolve the sugar then bring to boil and remove from heat. Add 10 large fresh basil leaves and leave to infuse for 20-30 mins. Strain into an airtight bottle and allow to cool, can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
