Bond Street’s Signature gin is crafted in ‘Claire’ our beautiful copper still, set against the backdrop of the lovingly restored 19th century hosiery works that is the Bond St Distillery. Drawing inspiration from traditional juniper led gins, our Signature gin is softened by subtle undertones of orange blossom with the refreshing notes of pink peppercorn underpinned by the traditional pine and citrus of a true London dry.

Tasting Notes

Nose
The scent of fresh pine needles crushed underfoot on a forest floor underpin subtle warming spice with a hint of sweet oranges and citrus.

Palate
The vibrant yet soft heat from the pink peppercorn melds into the fresh tangy oils from zested orange.

Finish
Warm spice fades into a comforting caramel orange finish.

Perfect Serve
A double shot of Signature Gin, served over a gin bowl full of ice, Serve with Indian Tonic, a slice of orange & a bay leaf

  • 50ml BSD Signature Gin
  • 30ml Apple Juice
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • Dash Lemonade

Collins & Crushed Ice

Garnish
Apple Slice & Mint Sprig

Build all except the lemonade in a Collins (tall) glass over crushed ice and stir gently.  Cap with more crushed ice and then top with lemonade. Garnish with a mint sprig and an apple slice and a long straw

    • For groups of ten or more we have a private/exclusive area this comes with host service. This room is available at £25.00 per night. To reserve this space or check availability please call 01455 459181

    • For special requests or availability please call 01455 459181 between 10am and 5pm weekdays and we will do our best to help.

    • Friday and Saturday evenings are our busiest evenings and it is not always possible to seat guests though we will always try. It is always preferable to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.

    • If you are given a reservation you will have fifteen minutes to take up the table. If you do not arrive at that time we cannot guarantee to honour the booking and reserve the right to give the table to a waiting party.

      Please be aware that this form should not be used to communicate with us in regard to bookings for gin schools or bar table bookings. Be advised responses may take up to 72hrs.
