Rhubarb and Custard

Rhubarb & Custard

Bond Street’s Rhubarb and Custard starts its life as our signature gin, lovingly distilled in our beautiful copper still ‘Claire’, which is then infused with both rhubarb and custard combining the wonderful flavours of our core recipe with the tangy zest of fresh rhubarb and the creamy vanilla notes of custard. Invigorating and exciting, this is the ideal gin for both gin lovers and novices alike.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Vibrant rhubarb explodes out of the glass with an underlying hint of silky-smooth custard lending a vanilla sweetness.

Palate
Candied rhubarb merges together in harmony with the vanilla notes from the custard.

Finish
Vanilla fades leaving the refreshing zest of rhubarb.

Perfect Serve
A double shot of Rhubarb & Custard Gin, served over a gin bowl full of ice. Serve with a Ginger Ale or Lemonade & a slice of pink grapefruit.
