Bond Street’s Raspberry gin starts its life as our signature gin, lovingly distilled in our beautiful copper still ‘Claire’, which is then infused to combine the wonderful flavours of our core recipe with vibrant raspberry. Refreshingly crisp and clean this is the perfect fruit gin for any gin lover.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Hand-picked raspberries bursting full of sumptuous flavour invite you for the first sip.
Palate
The sedate sweetness of the raspberry melts in the mouth with a caress of underlying spice.
Finish
The raspberry subsides to leave a red berry summer glow.
Perfect Serve
A double shot of Raspberry Gin, served over a gin bowl full of ice. Serve with an Indian Tonic or Lemonade, fresh or dried raspberries & a sprig of mint.
Cocktail suggestion
Clover Club
- 50ml BSD Raspberry Gin
- 25ml Egg white
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Raspberry puree
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Shake & Dry shake
Serve
Chilled Coupe
Garnish
2 x Raspberries on skewer
Add all ingredients in a Boston shaker filled with ice and shake well for approx.30 secs. Separate the shaker and strain into the part without ice and discard spent ice.
Then dry shake for 20 secs. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass & Garnish with 2 x raspberries on a looped skewer.
To make Raspberry Puree (We find that approx. 2tbls for every 100g raspberries pureed in a blender is the perfect ratio as long as the raspberries are fresh this puree will keep in an airtight bottle in the fridge for up to a week or it can be frozen in ice cubes for longer storage if required).
