Bond Street Passion Fruit Gin has been crafted in ‘Claire’ our beautiful copper still.

On an early evening in May 2023 members of the Hinckley Pride committee came to a gin school with Chief Distiller Sally Faulkner, with the sole purpose of creating a gin with all the colour and passion of a PRIDE EVENT.

Their ideas on flavour, taste and botanicals combined with the panache of the distiller led to the creation of this exciting and vibrant Passion Fruit Gin.

Perfect Serve
A double shot of Passion Fruit Gin, served over a gin bowl full of ice. Serve with Lemonade or an Indian Tonic & a slice of lime.

  • 50ml BSD Passionfruit Gin
  • 25ml Triple Sec
  • 25ml Lime Juice

Method
Shake & Fine Strain

Serve
Chilled Coupe

Garnish
Lime Wheel

Add all ingredients to an ice filled Boston shaker and shake firmly for approx. 30 secs. Fine strain into the glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

    • For groups of ten or more we have a private/exclusive area this comes with host service. This room is available at £25.00 per night. To reserve this space or check availability please call 01455 459181

    • For special requests or availability please call 01455 459181 between 10am and 5pm weekdays and we will do our best to help.

    • Friday and Saturday evenings are our busiest evenings and it is not always possible to seat guests though we will always try. It is always preferable to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.

    • If you are given a reservation you will have fifteen minutes to take up the table. If you do not arrive at that time we cannot guarantee to honour the booking and reserve the right to give the table to a waiting party.

      Please be aware that this form should not be used to communicate with us in regard to bookings for gin schools or bar table bookings. Be advised responses may take up to 72hrs.
