Navy Strength
Bond Street’s Navy Strength starts its life in our still as our signature gin recipe, it is then blended to 57.5% ABV rather than 40% as for our Signature. The higher abv brings the complex and vibrant combination of flavours in our recipe to the fore. Both bold and yet incredibly smooth this is a gin for the true aficionado, a real insight into the complexity that lies within each bottle.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Pine, pepper, citrus and oily bay leaf lead, followed by a volley of subtle liquorice fired broadside which entices you to set off on a voyage into this deceptively smooth gin.
Palate
Crushed pine needles melt into hot pink peppercorn which leads into a gentle sail towards the sweet liquorice and orange blossom.
Finish
The rich oily bay leaf and citrus elements persist, rounding off an incredible gin odyssey.
Perfect Serve
A shot of Navy Strength Gin, served with two ice cubes in a tumbler with a slice of lemon or served with a dash of Indian Tonic.
