Bond Street Distillery est 2019 is an artisanal craft distillery owned by Chief Distiller Sally Faulkner.
Our hand-crafted gins are distilled in ‘Claire’ our beautiful 700ltr copper still and bottled, waxed and labelled lovingly by hand.
Our Mince Pie Gin uses a spicy botanical London Dry gin as a base, it is then steeped with traditional mince pie fruit and spices to create an indulgent winter warmer.
This modern and versatile gin can be enjoyed neat or with a mixer of your choice.
Perfect Serve
A double shot of Mince Pie Gin, served over a gin bowl full of ice. Served with Madagascan Cola & a slice of Orange. Or, a double shot of Mince Pie Gin, mixed In to a Hot Chocolate with a dash of squirty cream.
