I am a professional actor and I love having fun in what ever I’m doing, I like to think I bring some of that dramatic flair to my cocktails. I really enjoy learning new cocktail skills and I’m certainly learning a lot at Bond Street. If there is a song that’s going to make me dance it’s ‘Dexy’s Midnight Runners – Come on Eileen’.

Micky’s Pina Colada

This is my authentic recipe for a Mojito, perfect and refreshing for any hot summer day.

Ingredients:

  • 85mls coconut cream
  • 170mls fresh pineapple juice
  • 45mls white rum
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge and Maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Method:

  1. Add the coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum and crushed ice to a blender. If you don’t have a blender you can use a cocktail shaker instead.
  2. Blend or shake very well until the mixture is completely silky smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
  4. Add a garnish of a maraschino cherry

  • For special requests or availability please call 01455 459181 between 10am and 5pm weekdays and we will do our best to help.
  • Friday and Saturday evenings are our busiest evenings and it is not always possible to seat guests though we will always try. It is always preferable to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
  • If you are given a reservation you will have fifteen minutes to take up the table. If you do not arrive at that time we cannot guarantee to honour the booking and reserve the right to give the table to a waiting party.
