Jane’s Saturday Sambuca
Sambuca is my favourite liqueur. Firstly, I like the taste of the sweet anise flavour and secondly, I love to see the flame.
- 30 ml of Sambuca
- A dash of coffee liqueur
- A coffee been to serve
- Prepare your equipment
- A thick-walled snifter glass
- A tumbler
- A napkin
- Put 30 ml of sambuca in the snifter
- Put a dash of coffee liqueur and the three coffee beans in the tumbler
- Rotate the snifter five times and use the matches to set on fire
- Pour the flame into the tumbler.
- Blow out the flame
- Place the snifter on the napkin and drink through the straw
