Damion’s Bramble

My recipe is a classic Bramble cocktail with gin soured and spiked with a dash of blackberry liqueur with a little up market twist.


  • 50ml Bond Street Gin
  • 25ml of lemon juice
  • 15ml of sugar syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 15ml of crème de mure
  • 1 lemon slice & 2 x blackberries to garnish


  1. Stir the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker or a glass
  2. Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice. 
  3. Drizzle the crème de mure over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink. 
  4. Garnish with blackberry
  5. For a twist add a little champagne

  • For special requests or availability please call 01455 459181 between 10am and 5pm weekdays and we will do our best to help.
  • Friday and Saturday evenings are our busiest evenings and it is not always possible to seat guests though we will always try. It is always preferable to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
  • If you are given a reservation you will have fifteen minutes to take up the table. If you do not arrive at that time we cannot guarantee to honour the booking and reserve the right to give the table to a waiting party.
